Once you select your pieces from our catalogs, we craft them upon request. The minimum order quantity is 10 units per product, with no minimum total order required. To start production, we require a 50% payment in advance, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch. We ship once the full payment is received.

Lead times vary based on order size, but we typically dispatch within 6-8 weeks. You can browse our online catalogues and contact us to request wholesale prices or a PDF catalog with pricing included.

You can contact us with your ideas, sketches, designs, or reference photos. We will provide an estimated cost for a sample, which we can proceed with once payment is made.

We can send you photographs of the sample or ship the sample itself for review. There is no commitment to full production at this stage—after reviewing the sample, you can decide whether to proceed with manufacturing. The minimum order quantity is 30 units per bespoke product.

We use nickel-free sterling silver, sourced and refined in Peru. Upon request, we also offer recycled silver (sourced internationally) and Fairmined silver from Colombia.

We accept bank transfers and PayPal payments for all orders.

We can provide a Certificate of Origin (CO) for your orders at an additional cost. This document verifies Peru as the country of manufacture and may offer import tax benefits, depending on trade agreements between Peru and your country.
