Knowledge and Techniques
Our artisan partners are highly skilled in traditional jewelry-making, including intricate filigree work and lost wax casting. We have also integrated modern techniques like laser cutting and laser engraving, and 3D design. We work with sterling silver. As brass is not a preferred material for our partners, we do not offer production in brass.
How we work
You can contact us with your ideas, sketches, designs, or reference photos. We will provide an estimated cost for a sample, which we can proceed with once payment is made.
We can send you photographs of the sample or ship the sample itself for review. There is no commitment to full production at this stage—after reviewing the sample, you can decide whether to proceed with manufacturing.
Production lead time after sampling is typically 6-8 weeks, depending on order size. To start production, we require a 50% payment in advance, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch. We ship once full payment is received.
